For this little project we completely hand built this round top picket fence on site out of sturdy and locally sourced timber supplied from @linnellbros. We installed the posts, rails and each picket one by one. The result, this classic picket fence that’s built to last - no flimsy store bought picket panels here! For this project our client wanted something traditional but with a touch of style to it. So we recommended this manor style cottage gate and, after some deliberation, they thought it would be the ideal gate to complement their front garden with its curved top bar, TGV cladding and stop chamfered pales. Here’s a little repair job we did recently. Unfortunately for our client, the old gate post we were asked to replace had rotted away due to an insufficient amount of post mix. But, you can guarantee that their new gate post has been installed professionally this time, ready for a long service life.
